As the Global Lead - HEOR, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with market access colleagues (HEOR, VSPE, SP&C, PEG), R&D, brand teams, commercial planning, medical affairs, biostatistics, regions, and affiliates.
  • Partner with global and local stakeholders to facilitate the design of both retrospective and prospective studies.
  • Contribute to study design, analytical plans, data collection, analysis, and interpretation of research findings.
  • Drive HEOR strategies for Diabetes pipeline products in collaboration with the Denmark team.
  • Lead evidence generation activities including the development of health economic models, economic evaluations, and cost and health-related quality-of-life studies.
  • Support the development of a strong Payer Value Story, using credible Health Economics and Outcomes Research evidence, and manage publication strategies through abstracts, posters, and peer-reviewed publications.
  • Lead affiliate support and challenges for reimbursement and Health Technology Appraisal (HTA) submissions.
  • Conduct internal and external training and presentations on HEOR to disseminate research findings across the organization.

Qualifications:

To be our new Global Lead - HEOR, you should possess:

  • A master’s degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, statistics/biostatistics, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy.
  • A track record of scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals is preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and drive for performance.
  • A personal leadership and ownership mindset.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to support the BLR & DK Diabetes access team in driving the team’s growth.
  • Willingness to travel internationally 5-10 days per year.

About the Department:

The Commercial, Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple corporate vice president areas within Commercial, GBS, including Insulin, GLP-1, Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations. This unit also supports BioPharma global marketing for Hemophilia and growth disorders.
