  • Develop and oversee strategic, scientific, and executional aspects of development programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term objectives.
  • Guide the team through the transition from early to late-stage development, leveraging subject matter experts to refine clinical strategies, disease area knowledge, and regulatory approaches.
  • Create a "North Star" vision for the GDT that aligns with the lifecycle team’s strategy, and integrate broader Roche internal strategies.
  • Use financial acumen to interpret data for decision-making, budget management, and resource allocation. Contribute to business forecasting and ensure the strategy aligns with product valuation and market opportunities.
  • Drive the end-to-end asset strategy, contributing late-stage perspectives into early strategy, ensuring a comprehensive lifecycle approach for the molecule.
  • Represent the Product Development team in the lifecycle team, contributing to the development of the molecule’s asset strategy, incorporating elements such as Life Cycle Plans, Clinical Development Plans, and more.

Who You Are:

  • Proficiency in data analysis, clinical interpretation, and strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and foster collaboration across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to mentor and coach team members.

Preferred:
