As Global Commercial Lead – PSMA, you will take ownership of the global brand management of Illuccix and Gozellix, ensuring their commercial success. Leading a multidisciplinary Global Commercial Team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive global commercial plan, define business cases, and identify target markets.

This strategic role spans product planning, marketing, and lifecycle management, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and regional sales and marketing to drive product expansion and operational excellence.


Key Accountabilities

Strategic Marketing

  • Define the global vision, positioning, and messaging for the brand.
  • Map out the patient journey and treatment algorithm.
  • Develop upstream marketing toolkits to support regional implementation.

Cross-Cultural Strategy

  • Define the business case, lead indication, and target markets at a global level.
  • Establish the product roadmap, aligning commercial, regulatory, and market access strategies.
  • Oversee value proposition, pricing, and reimbursement plans for different regions.

Collaboration and Leadership

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of commercial strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Work with stakeholders, including Manufacturing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain, to align execution with strategic goals.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Leverage market research and competitive intelligence to inform commercial strategy.
  • Manage product profitability and oversee the commercial success of assigned assets.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while capitalizing on opportunities.

Education and Experience

  • Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or life sciences.
    • 10+ years of experience developing global brand strategies in pharmaceuticals, working within cross-functional matrix teams.
    • Proven experience in product commercialization and marketing strategy development.
  • Preferred:

    • Master’s degree or higher.
    • Experience with diagnostic products and urology.
    • Background in radiopharmaceuticals.
    • Expertise in pre-launch strategy and execution.
    • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
