Job Description:

This freelance/consultant role (0.5 FTE) focuses on local scientific literature screening and national safety web portal monitoring. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely within an international team, contributing to the global safety of medicinal products.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Local Literature and Portal Monitoring:

    • Perform regular monitoring of local scientific literature and national safety web portals for adverse event reports and other safety-relevant information.
    • Ensure adherence to PrimeVigilance procedures and client-specific requirements.
  2. Search Strategy Development:

    • Develop and refine search strategies, including selecting search terms and identifying local equivalents to optimize results.
  3. Translation and Documentation:

    • Provide translations or revisions of relevant documentation upon request.
    • Maintain properly organized files as per company and data privacy requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or Nursing.
  • Language Skills:

    • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Expertise in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Freelance Setup:

    • Must be currently registered and set up as a freelancer/consultant.
