Role Overview

As a Function Delivery Analyst, you will support our Life Insurance team in redefining customer experiences and driving sustainable growth through intelligent operating models. This role requires a solid understanding of life insurance products, medical underwriting, and claims management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve lower-complexity problems related to life insurance operations.
  • Collaborate with peers and provide updates to supervisors on daily tasks.
  • Review medical claims and manage medical records in accordance with best practices.
  • Participate in medical onboarding and pension schemes.
  • Handle disputes and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Follow moderate instructions on daily tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments.

Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant qualification.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the insurance sector, preferably in life insurance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and dispute resolution.
