Freelance Medical Bloggers & Copywriters - Join Our Specialized Content Marketing Agency

Location: Remote (United States Only)
Type: Freelance Contract

We’re looking for next-level freelance bloggers and copywriters who understand the power of content marketing to build trust and drive results throughout the buyer journey. As part of our team, you’ll create engaging, research-backed content for medical professionals, including concierge doctors, specialists, and medical device retailers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Writing Engaging Content: Craft blog posts (600-1,500 words) on a variety of medical topics tailored to our client’s needs and target audience.
  • SEO Optimization: Your blog posts will be optimized for SEO, focusing on long-tail keywords we provide, ensuring natural, engaging content without keyword stuffing.
  • Client-Focused: Work with detailed client briefs, audio/video interviews, and SEO keyword guides to craft high-quality, accurate, and on-brand content.
  • Regular Editorial Feedback: Expect up to two rounds of revisions based on editorial feedback to ensure content quality and alignment with client expectations.

What We Provide:

  • Detailed Outlines for every blog post.
  • Audio/Video Content from client interviews, webinars, or digital content to guide your writing.
  • SEO Keywords and guidelines (training provided).
  • Client Style Guides to ensure your content meets their tone and voice.
  • Regular Editorial Feedback to improve your craft and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Experience Writing in the Medical Field: Preference will be given to writers with experience in the healthcare or medical industry.
  • Writing Volume: Write between 2 to 6 blog posts per month, with each post ranging from 600 to 1,500 words.
  • Turnaround Time: Complete assignments within four business days.
  • Accuracy & Engagement: Your posts should be technically accurate, well-structured, and most importantly, engaging and full of personality.
  • SEO Understanding: No prior SEO experience required—training provided, but familiarity with SEO concepts is a plus.
  • Editing & Proofreading: Excellent skills in writing, grammar, proofreading, and formatting.
  • Client Collaboration: Ability to align content with client-specific interviews, brand guidelines, and style requirements.

Benefits:

  • Ongoing Freelance Work: Once you’re familiar with our content style, you’ll be given the opportunity for more long-term projects and regular work.
  • Portfolio-Building: Gain high-quality, ghostwritten samples for your writing portfolio.
  • Competitive Pay: We offer top industry rates and ensure timely payments so you can focus on writing exceptional content.
  • Predictable Workflow: Regular, monthly work with organized processes and clear expectations.
  • Editorial Feedback: We provide feedback to help you continue to improve and refine your writing skills.

How It Works:

  • We are NOT a content mill. As a small, specialized content marketing agency, we produce high-quality, thought-leader-driven content for our clients.
  • We onboard new clients regularly, and once you are selected, we’ll keep you in our priority writer database for when the perfect match arises.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • You have at least 2+ years of experience in content writing (preferably in the medical/healthcare field).
  • You’re a self-motivated, detail-oriented writer who thrives on deadlines.
  • You’re based in the United States (this is a requirement).
