Job Description

We are seeking a freelancer/consultant to join our team as Person Responsible for Local Literature Screening (part-time, 0.5 FTE). This role involves monitoring local scientific literature and national safety web portals for pharmacovigilance-related information.

As part of an international team, you will contribute to ensuring patient safety while adhering to PrimeVigilance procedures and client-specific requirements.


Main Responsibilities

  1. Monitoring and Screening:

    • Conduct local scientific literature reviews and monitor national safety web portals to identify adverse event reports and other safety-related data.
    • Ensure compliance with internal and client-specific requirements.
  2. Search Strategy Development:

    • Formulate and refine search strategies, including the selection of search terms and their local equivalents, to achieve optimal results.
  3. Documentation and Translation:

    • Provide translations or revisions of relevant documents upon request.
    • Ensure files are organized and maintained in line with applicable data privacy and security standards.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or Nursing.
  • Language Proficiency:

    • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Work Setup:

    • Must be currently registered as a freelancer/consultant and able to work remotely.
