Job Summary

Fortrea is seeking an experienced Workday Technical Analyst to join our dynamic Workday product team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other internal and external systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday integrations, strong technical skills, and an understanding of integration best practices. As a technical liaison, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable integration solutions that meet business needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Workday Integration Development:
    Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems using tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and other integration platforms.

  • Collaborative Requirements Gathering:
    Work with stakeholders to gather integration requirements, analyze business processes, and propose efficient, scalable solutions. Ensure solutions meet business needs while complying with security and data privacy standards.

  • Integration Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
    Monitor the performance of integrations, proactively identifying and resolving any issues in a timely manner to ensure optimal system functionality.

  • Documentation & Training:
    Document integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Provide training and support to end-users as needed.

  • Continuous Improvement:
    Stay current with Workday updates and new integration capabilities. Evaluate and implement new features to enhance integration efficiencies and improve business processes.

  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration:
    Participate in cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations of Workday functionality.


Qualifications (Minimum Required)

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or a related field.
    • Workday Pro Certification in Integrations or relevant modules is preferred.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Workday Integration Analyst or in a similar role.
    • Proven experience in middleware & integrations platforms.
    • Strong understanding of integration design patterns and best practices.
  • Skills:

    • Ability to analyze complex problems, design solutions, and implement them within Workday.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and design innovative solutions.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with IT project management, product management, or business analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education:

    • Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or a related field.
  • Industry Experience:

    • Previous experience in a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) or healthcare-related industry is a plus.
