About the Role

The Global Talent Management Specialist plays a pivotal role within Fortrea’s Global Talent Management team. This team acts as a strategic partner across the organization, leading initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and more. As a collaborative and fast-paced team, we are committed to continuous learning and development. The Global Talent Management Specialist will ensure the successful execution of key talent management programs, coordinating tasks and ensuring projects are completed on time and at a high standard.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Talent Management Projects: Lead projects such as employee engagement surveys, succession planning, performance management, employee assessments, and more.
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain multiple project plans and timelines, ensuring the successful completion of initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Process Documentation: Organize and document talent management processes, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure that needs are met.
  • Facilitate Team Communication: Set up team meetings, document meeting notes, and follow up on action items to ensure effective team collaboration.
  • Develop Training and Materials: Assist in the creation of training, presentations, and communication materials with guidance from the Manager.
  • Organize Meetings and Agendas: Schedule, organize, and distribute agendas and meeting notes for relevant team and project meetings.
  • Employee Training: Occasionally assist with training employees on new processes or procedures.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Skills:

  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and maintain project plans with minimal supervision.
  • Motivated and eager to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience, with at least 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects with medium to high complexity.
