Formulation Scientist

Key Responsibilities:
Search and review scientific information and literature relevant to product development.
Draft and submit applications with all necessary information to Regulatory Affairs (RA) for related licenses required for product development.
Identify and propose formulation strategies for product development.
Read, discuss, and plan developmental activities, incorporating innovation and adopting digital initiatives in scientific work.
Visualize and anticipate the developmental needs of the product.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones within established timelines.
Apply a scientific approach to overcome challenges during development, scale-up, and technology transfer of the product.
Qualifications:
M.Pharm or PhD in Pharmaceutics.
2 to 6 years of relevant experience in formulation development.
