    Job Opportunity: Clinical Study Site Monitor

    Position Title: Clinical Study Site Monitor

    Position Overview:

    • Responsibilities:
      • Monitor clinical study sites within assigned territory, ensuring compliance with study protocols, Monitoring Plan, and regulatory standards.
      • Collect data and source documentation, perform field monitoring activities, and maintain accurate records of monitoring visits.
      • Address data corrections, adverse events, and protocol deviations promptly and efficiently.
      • Coordinate site initiation and enrollment into new and ongoing clinical studies.
      • Promote continuous quality improvement and risk management processes.

    Essential Functions:

    • Conduct site visits (site initiation, periodic, close-out) to ensure regulatory and protocol compliance.
    • Review data and source documentation for accuracy and completeness.
    • Report adverse events, protocol deviations, and device complaints according to company procedures.
    • Collaborate with study teams and field clinical engineers to resolve technical and project issues.

    Manager Comments:

    • Experience monitoring academic centers such as Mt. Sinai, NYU, Columbia, Cornell is preferred.
    • Clinical research background is essential for this role.
