Role Overview:

We are looking for Experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRA 1s, 2s, and Sr. CRA 1s) to support our Full Service Outsourcing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Monitoring: Conduct routine monitoring, close-out of clinical sites, and ensure the accuracy of Case Report Forms (CRFs).
  • Site Management: Oversee site management per project plans, including on-site monitoring and registry management.
  • Patient Safety: Ensure informed consent processes and protocol adherence for the safety of study participants.
  • Data Integrity: Monitor data for completeness, ensure accurate reporting, and follow up on Serious Adverse Events (SAEs).
  • Project Coordination: Assist as a Local Project Coordinator and liaise with clients and vendors as needed.
  • Training: Support the onboarding and training of new employees.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Background: University or college degree or certification in an allied health profession (e.g., nursing).
  • Experience: 6 months to 3+ years in clinical monitoring; ophthalmology experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Adaptable in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong teamwork and communication skills.
