    Schedule: Flexible; You set your availability. Work may be up to 10 consecutive hours per day.

Our services include point-to-point, hourly, and monthly transportation with a focus on luxury and personalized service.

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Executive Transportation Specialist who will also take on roles as Executive Concierge and Executive Assistant. This is a versatile position requiring a valid CDL with passenger endorsement, or equivalent, and/or a security guard license. The role involves a mix of driving, concierge services, and administrative tasks.

    Primary Duties:

    • Plan and execute travel routes using maps, navigation devices, and traffic/weather reports.
    • Ensure the functionality of corporate equipment (cell phone, iPad/Tablet, GPS) before departure.
    • Conduct safety inspections and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle.
    • Communicate with clients and provide updates on travel conditions and potential adjustments.
    • Support the VDC team in creating project templates and attend coordination meetings.
    • Maintain project cloud hubs and organize project documentation.

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • 2-5 years of experience with Revit or similar 3D modeling software.
    • Familiarity with BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or equivalent.
    • Experience in life sciences and knowledge of pharmaceutical processes preferred.
    • Understanding of industrial process systems and piping systems preferred.
    • Proficiency in Revit, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Projects, and Outlook.
    • Strong computer skills and familiarity with modern technology.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and perform basic vehicle maintenance.
    • Must maintain visual acuity of 20/40 with or without corrective lenses.

    Skills:

    • Fluent in English; conversational Spanish preferred.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; basic math skills required.
    • Neat appearance, reliable, and excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and adapt to various situations.

    Additional Notes:

    • This is a 1099 contracted position with no health benefits but includes opportunities for commission based on new client sign-ups.
    • Required to submit to background checks and motor vehicle checks.
    • Must have reliable transportation, be drug-free, and able to pass a drug test.
