    Job Title: Production Executive

    Location: Digwal, Medak, Telangana, India

    Job Overview

    The Production Executive will be responsible for executing production activities in compliance with GMP standards and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. This role involves collaborating with various internal stakeholders and ensuring timely completion of tasks while adhering to quality and safety requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    Safety and Compliance

    • Participate in EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) continual improvement initiatives and adhere to site EHS procedures (e.g., emergency drills, safety training, permit to work).
    • Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and promote positive safety behavior.
    • Follow all safety protocols including the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) during shop-floor operations.
    • Identify and report unsafe conditions or acts to the Manager/EHS team and promptly report safety incidents or accidents.

    Production Operations and Documentation

    • Follow instructions from the previous shift or the Manager to complete tasks on time.
    • Ensure timely execution and submission of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Batch Production Records (BPRs), Equipment Calibration Records (ECRs) to QA.
    • Update shop-floor documents such as BMRs, BPRs, logbooks, and protocols, ensuring accuracy.
    • Maintain shift logbook and provide information for handover during shift change.

    Training and Team Coordination

    • Provide training on SOPs, updated documents, and qualification protocols to shop-floor personnel.
    • Ensure all raw materials are ready as per production requirements and raise work orders for maintenance tasks.
    • Coordinate with the engineering team to schedule and complete preventive maintenance and instrument calibrations.
    • Plan manpower requirements based on production priorities and shift schedules.
    • Participate in scheduled training programs and implement learning on the shop floor.

    Process Optimization and Housekeeping

    • Ensure batch execution is in line with production schedules and production processes are optimized.
    • Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the designated areas.
    • In the absence of the supervisor, take responsibility for completing assigned tasks.

    Qualifications

    • Educational Requirements: B.Sc. (Chemistry), M.Sc. (Chemistry), or B.Tech (Chemical).
    • Experience: 4-8 years of experience in manufacturing (API) as per Pharma GMP requirements.
