    Job Opportunity: Event Manager

    Location: Global, with teams in North America, Europe, and Asia
    Contract: Full-time, Permanent

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Conference Oversight:

    • Ensure effective representation at conferences through well-designed booths, skilled staffing, and impactful material preparation.
    • Align event objectives with company goals and marketing initiatives.
    • Foster relationships with vendors, event organizers, and stakeholders.

    2. Webinar Coordination:

    • Curate an engaging webinar calendar focused on high participant engagement.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance webinar visibility and impact.

    3. Customer and User Group Events:

    • Plan and execute events to strengthen client relationships and deliver memorable experiences.

    4. Budget Management and Evaluation:

    • Optimize resource allocation within event budgets.
    • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide insights for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of event management experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
    • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
    • Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
    • Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required.
