Excellent English verbal communication and writing skills
Strong interpersonal skills

Experience Required:

0 - 1 or more years of experience in a medical information call center handling inbound and outbound calls.

Job Description:

Receive and provide responses to medical information inquiries in a timely manner through phone, fax, email from patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Understand the use of FAQs and product labeling to respond to medical inquiries. Perform outbound calls to obtain missing or additional information.
Receive and process the documentation of medical inquiries, product quality complaints, and adverse events.
Comply with regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and quality departmental procedures.
