Job Title: Document Coordinator II

Pay Range: $20-$22/hr
Contract: 6-month W2 contract (potential to extend)
Location: Branchburg, NJ 08876
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30am-8pm (OT as needed, depends on business needs)

Job Summary:

As a Document Coordinator II, you will be responsible for the creation of PI sheets in the ERP system and obtaining serological test results via email, fax, and tissue portal. You will verify and cross-reference applicable TRP paperwork and labels against the ERP system and RFID label, ensuring compliance with current procedures, state and FDA regulations, and AATB standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PI Sheets Creation: Create PI sheets in the ERP system.
  • Serological Results: Obtain and verify serological test results via email, fax, and tissue portal.
  • Verification and Cross-Referencing: Verify and cross-reference TRP paperwork and labels against the ERP system and RFID label.
  • Interpretation of Results: Interpret serological results according to current procedures, state regulations, FDA standards, and AATB guidelines. Enter results into the ERP system.
  • Final Disposition Entry: Enter final disposition, including Medical Director acceptability, deferral, microbiology, and serology results into the ERP system.
  • Grade Verification: Assess donor charts and ERP system for final grade verification.
  • Metric Tracking: Track metrics for Medical Director deferrals and microbiological rejections. Collaborate with QCPR and TR.
  • Support Tasks: Provide support to the team through assembly of detailed and complete donor files, data entry, ERP transactions, document reconciliation, and Tissue Services Portal.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school graduate required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of work experience in the GMP industry; 1-3 years in the medical/pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in data entry and understanding of medical terminology.
