The opportunity:
This role involves designing and implementing PMX strategy at the program level, constructing and validating PKPD models, and facilitating drug development decisions in collaboration with other R&D partners.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead PMX strategy design and apply Model Informed Drug Discovery and Development approaches for quantitative decision-making.

  • Manage pharmacometric analyses internally and/or through external vendors.

  • Contribute to key clinical, regulatory, and technical documents, ensuring compliance with timelines and requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal partners (DMPK, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, Biostatistics) to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

  • Monitor timelines, objectives, and budgets, ensuring quality and timely communication of results.

  • Enhance technical expertise and provide internal training as a subject matter expert.

  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders, investigators, external experts, and health authorities.

Travel Requirements:

  • Ability to travel with overnight stays as required.

Work Location:

  • Primary location: West Chester, PA.

  • Open to candidates working out of Parsippany, NJ, as well.

Your experience and qualifications:

Requirements:

  • PhD in Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, Statistics, or Engineering with academic training in Pharmacometrics.

  • Minimum 10 years of industry experience in Pharmacometrics.

Preference:

  • Experience in multiple therapeutic areas and early development.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong quantitative skills in mechanistic PKPD modeling, literature meta-analyses, population modeling, and clinical trial simulations.

  • Comprehensive understanding of the drug development process.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Compensation:
