Role Overview

The Director, Patient Services, HUB & Field Access Operations will lead patient service initiatives, overseeing internal teams and vendor partnerships to ensure effective patient access to treatments. Reporting to the Head of Patient Services, the role involves strategic planning for new product launches, managing patient support programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement patient support programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee vendor contracts and partnerships, ensuring alignment with KPIs and SLAs.
  • Monitor program performance and provide regular data-driven insights.
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and field teams.
  • Participate in strategic planning, training, and industry representation.
  • Travel 30-40% for meetings, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • Education: BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 8-10 years in biotech/pharma, with expertise in rare diseases, oncology, or cardiology.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record with patient support programs and compliance in the specialty market.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $215,000 - $260,000 (California).
