About the Role:

The Director – Omnichannel Orchestrator is a strategic and hands-on leadership position responsible for managing the day-to-day execution and delivery of integrated omnichannel marketing programs. This role combines cross-functional team leadership with deep expertise in pharmaceutical marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in pharmaceutical companies or agencies supporting healthcare clients and will lead the orchestration of customer experiences across digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:

Engagement Leadership (25%)

  • Serve as the engagement leader, aligning internal teams and external stakeholders (clients and agencies) on strategic goals.

  • Lead, mentor, and support cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of projects.

  • Foster collaboration between brand, omnichannel, analytics, MLR, and agency partners.

  • Maintain client satisfaction and resolve escalations proactively.

  • Manage risk, drive innovation, and ensure challenges are addressed swiftly.

Core Execution Responsibilities (75%)

  • Lead and manage weekly status meetings, actions, and communication.

  • Drive campaign brief kickoffs, ensuring comprehensive planning.

  • Conduct quarterly demand planning and manage campaign deployment calendar.

  • Oversee asset trafficking and manage tagging validation and CRM intake testing.

  • Maintain asset list, handle creative expirations, and ensure proper repository updates.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline execution.

  • Go-to-Market Execution: In-depth knowledge of email, web, and media campaign lifecycles.

  • Pharma & Agency Experience: Solid understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and agency workstreams.

  • Matrixed Environment Navigation: Skilled in driving alignment across complex, cross-functional teams.

  • Project Management: Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder coordination abilities.


Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA) required; MBA preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in agency or pharmaceutical account/project management.

  • People Management: Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams.

  • Industry Knowledge: Pharma/life sciences marketing operations background preferred.
