Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
Drive innovation through technology adoption and process improvement.
Oversee the end-to-end process of medical summary preparation.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and regulatory compliance.
Manage departmental budgets, resources, and performance metrics.
Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities for the team.
Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring service excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand service offerings.
Oversee audits and quality control measures for complete and accurate medical records.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MBBS), Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Experience:
- Extensive expertise in medical record analysis, summarization, and compliance.
- Proven leadership experience in medical review operations.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Proficiency in medical summary tools and software.

Additional Certifications (Preferred):

Medical coding certifications (e.g., CPC, CCS).
Training in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
