Job Description

Position: Associate Principal/Director, Global Pricing and Access

The Associate Principal/Director, Global Pricing and Access, will lead project teams in delivering client consultancy projects and managing existing client relationships. This role involves providing strategic guidance, ensuring executive messages are effectively communicated, and supporting business development efforts. The role will act as a key reference point for internal relationships and contribute to business growth with both existing and new clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Client Projects: Use business acumen to identify strategic alternatives and project approaches, leading teams to deliver valuable solutions. Assist in creating and presenting final client reports.
  • Develop Business: Follow up with clients post-project to ensure satisfaction and explore new opportunities. Engage in business development activities, including proposal design and client relationship management.
  • Enhance Team Knowledge: Expand the team's knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market. Train and support project managers and team members.
  • Support Leadership: Assist in managing and developing the business and planning team growth. Represent EVERSANA at industry events and contribute to internal and external collaborations.

Expectations:

  • Travel: Up to 25% international travel.
  • Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Flexibility: Ability to handle a dynamic workload and meet deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 12+ years in the pharmaceutical, medical, or health industry, with at least 8 years in a consulting role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative market research, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), project management, and business development. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical business practices, pricing, and market access in key global geographies (e.g., EU, UK, China, Brazil, Canada, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, UAE, South Africa).
  • Additional: Ability to work under pressure, travel 10-20% of the time, and manage large teams remotely. EU visa required.

Preferred:

  • Advanced Degree: MS, MBA, MPh, or PhD.
  • Experience: 10+ years in management consulting with proven success in business development and team management.
  • Skills: Outstanding communication, leadership, and team management capabilities.
