Job Description

Position Overview:

The Associate Principal/Director of Global Pricing and Access will lead project teams in delivering high-impact client consultancy projects and managing ongoing client relationships. This role involves providing strategic insights and guidance, ensuring effective client communication, and supporting business development. The Associate Principal/Director will also play a key role in internal relationship management and driving new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee client project outcomes, assist project managers in presenting results, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Contribute to business growth by designing proposals, managing new opportunities, and meeting revenue targets. Engage with clients and industry events to foster new relationships.
  • Team Development: Train and support junior colleagues, enhance team knowledge, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Intellectual Property & Internal Development: Contribute to intellectual property creation, support platform development, and act as a resource for internal teams.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams, develop external partnerships, and support industry events and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
  • Experience: 12+ years in the pharmaceutical, medical, or health industry with 8+ years in consulting. Proven experience in project management and business development.
  • Skills: Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research, MS Office Suite, excellent project management, and business development capabilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical practices, pricing, market access, and key global geographies.
  • Additional Requirements: Ability to work under pressure, manage remote teams, and travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA, MPh, PhD).
  • 10+ years in management consulting with a strong track record of generating and expanding business.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills.
