Role Overview

The Digital Health Delivery Lead is pivotal in implementing digital health and Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT) strategies within our clinical operations portfolio. This role focuses on enhancing site and participant experiences and improving operational efficiency. You will lead the design and execution of digital health solutions such as telemedicine, mobile health, eCOA, devices/sensors, and eConsent. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery, keeping GSK at the forefront of digital health innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Design and Implementation: Develop and execute digital health and remote solutions to enhance clinical operations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with clinical operations, data strategy, R&D tech, IT, and quality teams to ensure project success.

  • Review Study Materials: Ensure alignment of study protocols, informed consent forms, training materials, and technology specifications with digital health strategies.

  • Presentations: Participate in investigator meetings and CRA training sessions (travel may be required).

  • Vendor Management: Oversee digital health vendors to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

  • Risk Management: Identify and address risks and issues at the study level to maintain project timelines.

  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest digital health regulations and incorporate them into project plans.

  • Innovation Engagement: Lead brainstorming sessions to introduce innovative solutions for GSK study teams.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in drug development, focusing on clinical study planning and implementation.

  • Operational support experience across global scientific and medical functions.

  • Strong understanding of digital health technologies in clinical research.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Health Science or a relevant field.
