Job Title: Deputy Manager – Pharmacovigilance

Location: Kurla, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Department: Pharmacovigilance
Business Unit: Piramal Critical Care
Reports to: Deputy Chief Manager – Pharmacovigilance
Travel Requirement: None
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 3–5 years
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review aggregate safety reports (PADERs, PSURs) for human and veterinary products in accordance with regulations

  • Draft Risk Management Plans (RMPs)

  • Manage end-to-end case processing: case receipt, database entry, peer review, and regulatory submissions

  • Conduct literature screening for company molecules

  • Coordinate with stakeholders for pharmacovigilance-related data requirements

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal procedures, and privacy regulations

  • Participate in pharmacovigilance inspections by FDA, MHRA, EMA, etc.


Key Competencies:

  • Proficient in authoring aggregate reports (PADERs, PBRERs)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal)

  • Multitasking abilities and adherence to tight deadlines

  • Self-starter with teamwork capabilities

  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
