Job Title: Deputy Manager – Pharmacovigilance

Reports to: Deputy Chief Manager – Pharmacovigilance
Travel Requirement: None
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 3–5 years
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy
Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare and review aggregate safety reports (PADERs, PSURs) for human and veterinary products in accordance with regulations
Draft Risk Management Plans (RMPs)
Manage end-to-end case processing: case receipt, database entry, peer review, and regulatory submissions
Conduct literature screening for company molecules
Coordinate with stakeholders for pharmacovigilance-related data requirements
Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal procedures, and privacy regulations
Participate in pharmacovigilance inspections by FDA, MHRA, EMA, etc.
Key Competencies:
Proficient in authoring aggregate reports (PADERs, PBRERs)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
Multitasking abilities and adherence to tight deadlines
Self-starter with teamwork capabilities
Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
