About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Enablement Specialist to join our team. This role requires working in our Mountain View, CA or Lehi, UT office three days a week. You will be responsible for onboarding new hires, designing and delivering training programs, and improving operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: Develop and execute effective onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Continuous Learning: Create and deliver ongoing training to enhance team skills.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with leadership to address skill gaps and improve processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain training materials, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support: Offer day-to-day guidance and support to the operations team.

Qualifications:

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field, or at least 3 years in an enablement and operations role with a proven track record in onboarding and training.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of operations processes and best practices, excellent communication and presentation skills.
