Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator Nurse (CRC Nurse)
Location: Ames, IA (100% on-site)

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and conduct clinical trial procedures according to protocol requirements.
Collect and document patient data accurately and efficiently.
Assist in patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment processes.
Provide nursing care and support to trial participants.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure trial compliance and quality data collection.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
RN or LPN certification.
Prior experience in clinical research coordination is preferred.
Strong understanding of GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
