    Job Description: Consultant

    Navitas Life Sciences is seeking a Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on delivering consultancy projects, managing project workstreams, and nurturing client relationships, as well as supporting business development efforts.

    Core Responsibilities:

    Project Management & Delivery:

    • Ownership of Deliverables: Take ownership of defined project deliverables, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for clients at the functional or team level.
    • Client Solutions: Provide professional and distinctive solutions by understanding client needs and contributing to the creation and management of project plans.
    • Project Recommendations: Assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of project recommendations to develop robust client solutions.
    • Documentation Management: Manage project documentation, including the preparation and filing of documents such as VPOs and status reports.
    • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis, including document and data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
    • Client Workshops & Stakeholder Interviews: Support client workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews as needed.

    Client & Internal Relationships:

    • Client Liaison: Build effective relationships with clients by demonstrating an understanding of their business and needs.
    • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external client team members, ensuring effective liaison and communication.
    • Business Development: Identify potential business development opportunities and pass them to the project lead or account owner.

    Organizational Support:

    • Team Participation: Actively participate in company meetings and support Navitas Life Sciences' values and practices.
    • Collateral Development: Contribute to the development of project collateral, such as case studies, points of view (PoV), and tools.
    • Professionalism & Development: Demonstrate professionalism and drive, taking responsibility for your tasks and personal development within Navitas Life Sciences.

    Desirable Skills and Experience:

    • Experience: 3 years in a Life Sciences industry or consulting role.
    • Preferred Expertise: Experience in one of the following areas is preferred:
      • Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance
      • Clinical Development Processes
      • Labeling and Regulatory Affairs
      • Risk Management, Quality, and Compliance
    • Consulting Skills: Basic consulting skills including analytical thinking, process mapping, and workshop facilitation.
    • Communication: Clear, concise, and articulate communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Client Interaction: Ability to understand and articulate client needs, with confidence in presenting and leading meetings.
    • Project Management: Developing skills in project management and client relationship management.
    • Personal Attributes: Confidence, professionalism, self-starter, resilience, and social awareness.

    This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a solid background in Life Sciences or consulting, ready to contribute to impactful projects and build strong client relationships.
