    Position: Clinician Impact Onboarding Specialist
    Location: Hybrid, remote-friendly (Company headquarters in San Francisco, CA)
    Schedule: Full-Time
    Compensation: $65,000 - $100,000 (Based on experience and desired cash/equity split)

At Ambience, you'll work alongside a diverse and mission-driven team, including second-time founders in healthcare, experts in deep learning, and leaders from renowned technology companies.

    The Role:
    We are seeking a dedicated Clinician Impact Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will consult with clinicians to optimize their workflows using our AI medical scribe software, Ambience AutoScribe. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that clinicians are trained to use our product efficiently, thereby enhancing patient care and documentation processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assess and understand existing workflows to deliver tailored training programs that optimize the use of AutoScribe.
    • Develop comprehensive training materials, including user guides, videos, and presentations.
    • Collect and analyze feedback from clinicians to refine the training program and inform product development.
    • Provide support and troubleshooting assistance for product and workflow issues, liaising with internal teams as necessary.
    • Ensure clinicians are updated on new product features and incorporate these updates into training.
    • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the training program's effectiveness and clinician proficiency.
    • Offer ongoing support and coaching to ensure clinicians are comfortable and adept in using AutoScribe.
    • Gather feedback on note quality and communicate it to the clinical team.

    Who You Are:

    • A degree in healthcare, nursing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in teaching or training, preferably within a healthcare setting or software product training.
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, processes, and clinical documentation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
    • Patient, kind, and passionate about teaching.
    • Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
    • Proficient with technology and quick to learn new software.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
    • Flexible schedule with the willingness to travel 2-4 weeks per year for company events or customer visits.

    Compensation:
    We offer a competitive base salary in the range of $65,000 to $100,000, with flexibility based on experience and the desired balance of cash and equity.
