Role Summary:
We are currently hiring a Clinical Trial Recruitment Representative to support subject recruitment efforts for clinical trials. Based in Lenexa, KS, this office-based, part-time/PRN role is essential for managing volunteer communications, maintaining subject databases, and ensuring recruitment quality across clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls with potential study subjects to assess initial eligibility and explain study protocols.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date volunteer information in the recruitment database.

  • Process subject registrations and ensure all documentation is complete before screening.

  • Address voicemails and inquiries from study volunteers promptly.

  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to meet enrollment targets for various clinical studies.

  • Make appointment confirmations and notify volunteers of their study status.

  • Assist with subject check-ins, follow-up scheduling, and training new team members.

  • Coordinate volunteer payments and maintain the referral program as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; customer service background preferred.

  • Familiarity with the clinical trial process and medical terminology.

  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication.

  • Ability to interpret study protocols and explain them clearly to potential volunteers.

Work Schedule:

  • PRN (as needed); shift schedule to be discussed during the interview.
