About the Job

We are partnering with a Gene Therapy Biotech based in Boston to find an exceptional Clinical Trial Associate as they expand their strong team within clinical operations. If you have a passion for clinical research and come from a biotech background in Gene Therapy or Rare Disease/Neuromuscular, this could be the perfect role for you!

This position requires someone who is highly organized and understands clinical operations, including managing administrative and logistical tasks from trial feasibility and start-up through to the closeout of clinical trials, sample management, and site liaison.

Key responsibilities include managing compliance with GCP, SOPs, HCC, policies, and regulatory requirements while communicating and collaborating on study activities with the clinical operations team, including the project coordinator and clinical trial manager.

This role offers ample opportunities for increased responsibility, along with optimal growth and development paths.

Requirements

  • Education: BSc or MSc in Life Sciences
  • Experience: 2-3 years of industry experience as a Clinical Trial Associate (CTA)
  • Background: Must come from a biotech background (large pharma may be considered)
  • Specialization: Experience in Gene Therapy or Rare Disease/Neuromuscular and familiarity with the documentation required for these trials

The Boston-based office is open to remote candidates with prior remote work experience.

Travel: 20% travel required, US-wide.
