About the Job:

I am collaborating with a leading Gene Therapy Biotech based in Boston to find an exceptional Clinical Trial Associate as they expand their dynamic team within clinical operations.

If you have a passion for clinical research and a background in biotech, particularly in Gene Therapy or Rare Disease/Neuromuscular fields, this could be the perfect role for you!

Role Overview:

This position requires a highly organized individual with a strong understanding of clinical operations, including the management of administrative and logistical tasks throughout the trial lifecycle—from feasibility and start-up to close-out, sample management, and site liaison.

You will be responsible for managing compliance with GCP, SOPs, HCC, policies, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will communicate and collaborate on study activities while closely working with the clinical operations team, including the project coordinator and clinical trial manager.

This role offers plenty of opportunities for increased responsibility, with optimal growth and development paths.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences.
  • 2-3 years of industry experience as a Clinical Trial Associate (CTA).
  • Experience in a biotech setting (large pharma may be considered).
  • Familiarity with Gene Therapy or Rare Disease/Neuromuscular documentation requirements.

Location and Travel:

  • Boston-based office, but remote work is available for candidates with prior remote experience.
  • 20% travel required across the U.S.
