About the Role:
As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will be joining the world’s largest and most comprehensive clinical research organisation, driven by healthcare intelligence. This role supports Local Trial Managers (LTMs) and Site Managers in the smooth execution of clinical trials through meticulous documentation, system updates, and coordination across regulatory and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to LTMs and Site Managers for trial documentation and logistics.

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of regulatory documents.

  • Assist in site and country feasibility processes.

  • Maintain Trial Management Systems and manage electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) documentation.

  • Collect and track Financial Disclosure Forms and training documentation.

  • Aid in the review of informed consent forms (ICF) and handle regulatory submissions.

  • Offer administrative support such as meeting coordination, correspondence handling, and filing.

  • Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and contracts departments as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Life Sciences or related field.

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in clinical trials or related administrative roles.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
