Role Overview:
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will engage with patients, providers, and pharmacies using Arine's software platform to deliver exceptional care and resolve medication-related issues. Your contributions will enhance patient outcomes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient outreach to explain clinical programs and benefits.
  • Identify and escalate medication-related concerns to pharmacists.
  • Accurately document interactions and maintain records in the Arine platform.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for telephonic or videoconference consultations.
  • Respond to inquiries from patients, providers, and pharmacies professionally.
  • Participate in process improvement and team meetings to refine workflows.
  • Prepare and send educational materials to patients as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or healthcare certification (e.g., Pharmacy Technician, Certified Medical Assistant).
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and medications.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with electronic medical records.
  • Background in ambulatory care or busy healthcare settings.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Remote Work Requirements:

Compensation & Perks:
