Role Summary:
We are seeking a Clinical Research Physician (Early Phase) to join our Salt Lake City team. In this pivotal role, you will provide medical oversight for clinical trials, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the development of novel therapeutics. Your expertise will drive patient safety and clinical integrity from study design through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of Early Phase clinical trial protocols in alignment with regulatory and scientific standards.

  • Monitor subject safety and ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and ethical research standards.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to review and interpret clinical data.

  • Provide medical insight and contribute to informed, data-driven decision-making throughout the study lifecycle.

  • Support the preparation of regulatory documents, clinical study reports, and submission materials.

  • Engage with investigators and research sites to ensure protocol compliance and facilitate effective trial conduct.

Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with relevant experience in clinical research.

  • Strong understanding of clinical trial methodologies and regulatory frameworks.

  • Proven clinical assessment capabilities with a firm commitment to patient safety.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment.

Work Arrangement:
