Position Overview:
This role is within the Lilly China Drug Development and Medical Affairs Center (LCDDMAC), specifically for the Neuroscience therapeutic area, which is one of Lilly's key strategic therapeutic areas. The Clinical Research Physician (CRP) will play a core role as the scientific and strategic leader in drug development and medical affairs within Neuroscience.

The CRP will be involved in the following primary responsibilities, with specific assignments determined based on business needs:

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Clinical Development:

    • Serve as a core member and scientific leader in clinical development within the Neuroscience therapeutic area.
    • Develop and execute the clinical development plan for new products.
    • Design and conduct clinical studies, analyze results, and report findings to ensure successful product registration and commercialization in China.
  2. External Collaborations:

    • Act as the Lilly Medical representative in external collaborations, specifically in Joining Development Committees for Neuroscience products.
  3. Compliance:

    • Ensure all medical-related activities comply with local and international regulations, laws, guidance, and company standards and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree (M.D. or equivalent) with expertise in Neuroscience or related field.
  • Proven experience in clinical research and drug development within the neuroscience therapeutic area.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements in clinical trials and product registration.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
