About the Role:

As a Clinical Research Coordinator at Solventum, you’ll independently manage one or more non-significant risk clinical studies. You’ll play a key role in driving compliance, data integrity, and patient safety, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and healthcare professionals.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of one or more non-significant risk clinical studies from development through closure.

  • Coordinate activities including CIP development, subject recruitment, consent, enrollment, data collection, and management.

  • Maintain study documentation: logs, progress notes, product accountability records.

  • Ensure study compliance with clinical plans and regulatory requirements.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing, scientific, or health-related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a regulated industry.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Clinical research experience and familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

  • CCRC certification (ACRP or SoCRA).

  • Phlebotomy certification.

  • Excellent project management, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).


Work & Travel Info:

  • Hybrid Work: Minimum 4 days/week onsite in Maplewood.

  • Travel: May include up to 5% domestic travel.

  • Relocation Assistance: May be authorized.

  • Visa Sponsorship: Not available for this role.


Compensation (for U.S. applicants):

Estimated Range: $79,828 – $97,567 (includes base + potential variable pay)
