Title: Clinical Research Associate II (CRA II)

Location: Mumbai (Remote, with occasional travel to client office)

About the Role:
As a Clinical Research Associate II (CRA II), you will join the world’s largest and most comprehensive clinical research organization, which is driven by healthcare intelligence. In collaboration with a leading global pharmaceutical company, you’ll contribute to the development of therapies in oncology, cancer, cardio-metabolic, and vaccine areas, comprising 70% of their portfolio. This role provides an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in healthcare while developing your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all aspects of CRA duties, including site selection, site initiation, routine monitoring visits, and close-out visits.
  • Collaborate closely with the client’s study team and have ongoing support from a dedicated ICON line manager.
  • Manage study site operations to ensure the collection of high-quality data, resulting in minimal query levels and excellent Quality Assurance reports.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  • 2+ years of prior clinical monitoring experience with global trials in a CRO or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of international guidelines (ICH-GCP) and local regulations.
  • Flexibility to travel and work from the sponsor’s office as needed.
