The Clinical Research Associate - Clinical Research Coordinator Experience position at Medpace offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with at least one year of Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) experience to transition into a CRA role. This position provides comprehensive training through Medpace's PACE® Training Program and the opportunity to work remotely, with generous travel bonuses and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities:

  • Site Visits: Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites, ensuring compliance with protocols.

  • Site Communication: Collaborate with site staff, including clinical research physicians and coordinators.

  • Verification: Ensure investigator qualifications, facilities, and resources meet requirements; verify research source documentation.

  • Monitoring: Perform both on-site and remote monitoring activities, including risk-based monitoring and centralized data review.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Review regulatory documents, and manage adverse event reporting and investigational product accountability.

  • Patient Recruitment: Assess site recruitment and retention efforts, providing suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a health or science-related field.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.

  • Travel: Ability to travel 60-70% nationwide; some remote visits.

  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, and time management skills.
