We are currently seeking a Clinical Nurse Reviewer I to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the design and analysis of clinical trials, interpret complex medical data, and help advance innovative treatments and therapies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Review:
    • Conduct thorough reviews of clinical trial protocols, patient records, and medical documentation to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines.
    • Collaborate with clinical teams to assess patient eligibility, adverse events, and protocol deviations, providing clinical insights and recommendations.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of nursing review processes and procedures to optimize data quality and integrity.
    • Participate in data collection and analysis, contributing to the interpretation and reporting of clinical trial results.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of nursing review activities and findings, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
    • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Experience:

    • Previous clinical nursing experience, ideally in a clinical trial or research setting.
    • Strong understanding of medical terminology, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements in clinical research.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Other Requirements:

    • Shift timing: Normal day shift (9 am – 6 pm).
    • Location: Home-based (Chennai or Bangalore).
