Job Description:

As a Clinical Medical Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting execution of clinical trials in New Therapy Areas (CVD, CKD, NASH) by providing medical and scientific expertise.

  • Mapping and engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), investigators, and research centers.

  • Gathering early scientific insights and advising on early development data.

  • Collaborating with Clinical Operations on the execution of Phase I–IV clinical trials.

  • Delivering internal medical guidance and training to clinical staff.

  • Facilitating scientific communication internally and externally, including trial result dissemination.

  • Participating in investigator meetings and supporting ad hoc site visits.


Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree (MD) in any discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical practice or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in clinical research or medical affairs.

  • Experience or authorship in therapeutic areas (CVD, CKD, NASH).

  • Understanding of pharmaceutical drug development and clinical trial regulations.

  • Prior experience as clinical trial investigator or sub-investigator.

  • Familiarity with the local healthcare ecosystem.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.


About the Department:

The CMR team is based in Bangalore and is focused on Clinical Trials, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance. The team works with KOLs, medical associations, and patient advocacy groups to drive scientific excellence and improve patient outcomes through strategic clinical research.
