Job Summary

The Clinical Marketing Specialist will contribute to the success of online and social media campaigns, focusing on increasing engagement and follower growth. The role involves developing recruitment strategies, executing outreach programs, and supporting volunteer enrollment for clinical studies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute site-level recruitment plans

  • Coordinate advertising and outreach campaigns

  • Create recruitment materials and assist in IRB submissions

  • Monitor and enhance volunteer recruitment and retention strategies

  • Maintain participant satisfaction and manage referral programs

  • Ensure SOP and regulatory compliance in all recruitment activities

  • Engage in administrative tasks (e.g., purchase orders, invoicing)

  • Represent the company at community events and build local partnerships

  • Promote consistency and confidentiality in operations across sites

  • Ensure high operational quality

  • Handle other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in clinical research recruitment, marketing, or communications

  • Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
