    Position Overview: We are seeking a Clinical Data Science Lead to be a key player in our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee clinical data science activities, ensuring effective data review, risk management, and analytics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Functional Knowledge:

    • Possess a strong understanding of clinical data science activities, including data review and risk management.
    • Demonstrate working knowledge of project management, including timelines, resource requirements, and financial tracking.

    Business Expertise:

    • Interpret protocol content and data review requirements.
    • Adapt processes and timelines in an agile manner.
    • Keep functional management informed of any issues that may affect project timelines, scope, or budget.
    • Collaborate with project leads to negotiate timelines and deliverables with clients and stakeholders.
    • Provide insights regarding revenue recognition and forecasting.

    Leadership:

    • Serve as the functional team lead and primary point of contact for internal and external project teams.
    • Strong leadership and project management skills are essential.
    • Embrace and contribute to a culture of process improvement.

    Problem Solving:

    • Analyze information and standard practices to make informed decisions and solve problems.

    Impact:

    • Establish strategies to achieve operational and strategic goals.

    Interpersonal Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Adapt communication style to ensure clarity for various audiences.

    Travel Requirements:

    • Domestic and/or international travel (approximately 15%).

    Qualifications:

    • Typically requires 2-4 years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
