    Position: Clinical Data Programming Lead (SAS)
    Location: Bangalore/Chennai (Hybrid)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the programming lead and subject matter expert (SME) for Patient Data Integration (PDI) on new eligible studies.
    • Oversee the programming, delivery, and oversight of data integration solutions between EDC systems, CTMS, and the APECS payment entitlement calculation system.
    • Support and act as a backup for the IPG Manager, ensuring all activities meet established timeframes and quality standards.
    • Manage multiple projects, participating in specification development, programming, validation, and quality assurance of study data deliverables.
    • Oversee the setup and maintenance of programming deliverables, including automated schedules and supporting systems.
    • Provide technical oversight, quality assurance, and mentorship to assigned Clinical Data Programmers.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve programming and system integration issues as needed.

    Experience Required:

    • 5+ years of experience in clinical data programming and delivery.
    • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Advanced knowledge of the clinical data programming development life cycle.
    • Experience reviewing and evaluating clinical data.
    • Extensive problem-solving skills related to programming tasks/functions.
    • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Proven SAS programming experience, especially with Medidata Rave and Veeva CDMS data extracts.

    Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
