Job Overview:
Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single/multi-service projects with minimal guidance, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget, to customer satisfaction. Provide comprehensive data management expertise to the Data Management (DM) team to deliver high-quality data management products. Lead the team in project planning, execution, and close-out, with oversight of financial management and milestone deliverables. Perform the role of Data Team Lead (DTL).


Essential Functions:

  • Gather Study Set-up requirements through communication with relevant stakeholders.

  • Provide support and overview for validation of new device integrations.

  • Perform regular data cleaning to ensure quality and timely deliverables.

  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.

  • Manage timelines and deliverables per contract/Scope of Work (SOW).

  • Support training of new joiners.

  • Lead internal study meetings, sponsor audits, and participate in study kick-off meetings.

  • Track and manage project progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions.

  • Manage implementation of new technology/database revisions.

  • Collaborate with the programming team for process innovation and automation.

  • Ensure compliance with training and eSOP reading.

  • Provide expert review for developing and maintaining core operating procedures.

  • Maintain collaborative communication with Line Manager and other team members.

  • Perform other duties as directed by Line Manager.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent preferred.

  • Experience: 3-4 years of direct Data Management experience, including 1 year as a CDM project lead.

  • Skills:

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    • Advanced understanding of the drug development lifecycle and clinical research process.

    • English fluency (spoken and written).
