Job Overview:
Join Fortrea’s Clinical Research team and play a crucial role in early clinical development by supporting study recruitment. As a Call Center Representative, you will handle public inquiries about study participation and schedule screening appointments for qualified participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clinical study participants.
Enter medical history and demographic information into a computerized database.
Schedule screening appointments for qualified individuals.
Assist in training new employees.
Ensure website and phone system information remains accurate and updated.
Support other departments through cross-training as needed.
Attend outreach programs to recruit participants when required.
Participate in and help develop continuing education plans for skill enhancement and unit growth.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
Experience & Skills:
Proficiency in computer programs and data entry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service or call center experience preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
