Job Title: Client Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

Client Assistance:

  • Guide ClinicMind clients in maximizing the utility of the system.
  • Address inquiries related to patient demographics, balance management, clinic reporting, claims, and point of sale.

Problem-Solving:

  • Troubleshoot issues encountered by users.
  • Understand user objectives and identify obstacles they may encounter.

Inquiries and Training:

  • Answer basic medical billing questions post mandatory on-the-job training.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with software support and account management teams to resolve client issues effectively.
  • Escalate issues to other departments as needed.

Communication:

  • Engage with clients via phone, email, live chat, Facebook, and internal tasking systems.
  • Proactively address client concerns and escalate when necessary.

Escalation and Risk Management:

  • Identify practices at risk of attrition and escalate to appropriate resources.
  • Recognize client concerns and respond accordingly.

Administrative Duties:

  • Document all client interactions accurately.
  • Follow up on client interactions as per procedures.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to meet departmental needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer support or similar roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with medical billing processes is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using live chat and social media platforms for communication.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality support to enhance client satisfaction.

Position Requirements:

  • Stable internet connection with minimum 5 Mbps speed.
  • Mobile data plan for backup connectivity.
  • Quiet work environment conducive to client interactions.
  • Comfortable working US business hours.
  • PC with at least 8 GB of memory.
