Job Title: Client Service Delivery Lead

Job Description: As a Client Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for seamlessly delivering services to our clients. You will assign work assignments, manage team quality and financial targets, and oversee overall people management. Additionally, you will monitor and control service delivery metrics to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all work assignments and team commitments.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and meet financial targets.
  • Monitor and control service delivery metrics to track performance.
  • Lead the integration of application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations.
  • Provide input into decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security.
  • Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation.
  • Stay updated on technology advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Workplace Solutions and Microsoft Intune.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role.

Educational Qualification:

  • 15 years of full-time education.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements.
  • Knowledge of BYOD, COD, WCD (Configuration Designer), Autopilot, Auto-Enrolment, and management with Intune and MECM.
  • Experience with Windows 10 Autopilot and Modern Management solutions using Intune, Azure AD, and Office 365.
  • Proficiency in MS Updates Patch Activity, application deployment, image management, and operating system deployment.
  • Experience in reviewing and integrating technical architecture requirements and contributing to hardware, network products, system software, and security decisions.
  • Solid grasp of the latest advancements in technology architecture.
