Job Summary:
Novo Nordisk is seeking a cLEAN Partner to join the Global Operational Planning (GOP) team under Global Supply Chain & Business Development (GSC&BD). This role is ideal for professionals passionate about Lean methodologies, operational excellence, and driving efficiency across global supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote a strong LEAN culture across the organization.
Coach leaders and employees to embed LEAN behaviors.
Implement robust LEAN systems, tools, and drive strategic initiatives using Hoshin Kanri.
Act as a LEAN advisor to management.
Facilitate workshops and support systematic problem-solving.
Analyze data to pinpoint improvement areas and drive execution.
Develop quality assessment frameworks and set performance benchmarks.
Review departmental performance reports for compliance and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
Academic degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business Management, or Project Management.
Certification in cLEAN® or equivalent (e.g., Black Belt, DMAIC, 2-star certified).
Several years of experience in operational excellence and LEAN transformation.
Strong coaching skills in LEAN tools and systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience facilitating change and building cross-functional partnerships.
Business-driven mindset with a proactive, flexible approach to continuous improvement.

Located in Bengaluru, the GSC&BD GBS unit collaborates with the headquarters in Denmark. The Global Operational Planning team ensures efficient and balanced global supply planning through streamlined activities and continuous process improvements in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
