Excited? Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to medical information requests from internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and balance.
  • Provide high-quality customer service through various channels (phone, email, internet, mail), documenting inquiries and responses in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
  • Create and maintain medical information documents, including standard responses and Q&As, based on published medical literature.
  • Demonstrate expertise in assigned therapeutic areas and a solid understanding of relevant disease states.
  • Conduct high-quality literature searches to support medical content creation and secure copyright permissions as needed.
  • Utilize platforms and tools for managing, documenting, analyzing, and tracking medical information.
  • Collaborate with medical information and affairs teams during congresses, product launches, and key data releases to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Understand strategic communication planning, KOL profiling, and scientific meetings, including advisory boards and disease-awareness programs.
